Gingersnap Pictures!

Ginger Snaps
Ingredients:

Brown sugar – 1 cup                       flour- 2 cups
Vegetable oil – ¾ cup                      baking soda – 2 tsp
Molasses- ¼ cup                               salt – ¼ tsp
Egg- 1                                                    ground cloves – ½ tsp
                                                                Cinnamon – 1 tsp
                                                                Ground ginger – 1 tsp
Directions:
1.       Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2.       In mixing bowl, cream together brown sugar, oil, molasses, and egg.

3.       Combine dry ingredients and add to mixture slowly.

4.       Mix until well blended.

5.       Pinch off quarter-size pieces and roll into a ball.

6.       Bake on ungreased sheet for 10 – 12 minutes.

7.       Enjoy!

scoop the batter in the little balls
we fit 9 on small tray




put in ziplock bag

and then you're ready to go/eat
